SPECIAL RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (SPRED)
SPRED (Special Religious Education) at St. John’s, established in 1999, serves adults aged 22 and older with developmental disabilities. As part of the Oakland Diocese SPRED program, we receive specialized training for our catechists and use their program sessions. Our group meets several times each month at the school and participates in various SPRED events, such as retreats and special masses.
